Every conversion is verified against the statement's own opening, closing and running balances. If the numbers do not tie, the conversion is flagged and the rows are marked — on the free conversion and on every paid plan alike.
Scanned and image-only statements are read with OCR at no extra charge, marked as OCR-extracted, and put through the same reconciliation check.
Uploaded files and exports are deleted automatically within 15 minutes. No statement is kept, shared or used for anything else.
